Who we are

Alexander Home Maintenance is a family-run residential exterior cleaning and repair business. We provide window cleaning, window screen and sliding screen door repair, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning to homeowners in Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, and Danville, California.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to quote and perform your service:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address, when you provide one
  • Your service address
  • Job details you share with us, including photos you send of the work needed

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit or debit card numbers.

How we use your information

  • Preparing and sending you a quote
  • Scheduling your appointment
  • Performing the work at your property
  • Communicating with you about your appointment
  • Invoicing and collecting payment
  • Following up after the job is complete

Text messages

We use text messaging to communicate with customers about their service requests. Messages we may send include:

  • Replies to your quote request
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders, typically about 24 hours before your visit
  • Replies to a missed call from you
  • Follow-up after your service is complete

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us, but is typically 2–6 messages per job.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third party.

Facebook and Instagram

When you request a quote through one of our Facebook or Instagram forms, Meta sends us the information you submit (such as your name, phone number, email, city and the service you need). We use it only to contact you about your request, including by text and phone call. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Our booking page uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code that tells Meta when someone views the page or books a visit, so we can measure which ads work. Meta may use cookies to do this. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to run our business, including scheduling and messaging platforms and a payment processor. These providers may access your information only as needed to perform services for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

  • Opting out of texts: reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you.
  • Opting out does not affect your service. You can still book, reschedule, and get quotes by calling us.
  • Deleting your information: contact us and we will delete your information from our records on request, except where we are required to keep it for tax or legal purposes.
