How do I get a price?

Do I need to be home?
No, as long as access is arranged ahead of time. Tell us how to reach the windows, screens or gutters when you book.
How often should gutters be cleaned in the Tri-Valley?
Twice a year for most homes near trees: once before the fall rain and once in spring. Quarterly plans run 20–30% off if you’d rather not think about it.
When and how do I pay?
When the work is done, by cash, Venmo, Zelle, card or invoice. There’s no cancellation fee if your plans change.
